Post box - A Post box (UK & others), sometimes also called a mailbox (US, Canada & others), is a physical box used to collect outgoing mail, that is mail that is to be sent to a destination. Post box can also refer to a letter box for incoming mail.
Commercial mail receiving agency - A commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA), also known as a mail drop, typically operates as a Private Mail Box Operator. Addresses at a CMRA are therefore given the designation "PMB" (private mail box) instead of "POB" (Post Office box).
